In the case of international co-productions with countries with which Brazil already has international co-production agreements, specific requirements are contained in the respective agreements or treaties. In the case of co-productions with countries with which Brazil does not have such agreements, a minimum 2/3 of actors and crew/technicians that have resided in Brazil for more than 3 (three) years is required.
