Yes. For filming in public locations, one must obtain authorization documents from municipal departments. However, reduced film crews and instantaneous outdoors shoots (except on environmental protection areas), such as journalistic content, aren’t required to get permits. If it pleased, this particular production can obtain a document to confirm it is a transitory shoot. Please check the conditions with RFC crew 😉
