Read the full text here (in portuguese): <a href=\"https:\/\/www.legisweb.com.br\/legislacao\/?id=418980#:~:text=O%20Prefeito%20poder%C3%A1%2C%20a%20qualquer,em%20prote%C3%A7%C3%A3o%20ao%20interesse%20p%C3%BAblico.&amp;text=Art.,-14\">here<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-820581f elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"820581f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Filming Permits in Protected Areas<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-84ced5d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"84ced5d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Permits for filming in green areas, such as beaches and natural parks, are issued by the Environment Secretariat. Therefore, there is a consideration for the use of images of these places, which is around R$1.737,69 per day, that is converted into goods, services or materials for local conservation. The consideration is a federal prerogative, which allows public departments to charge for particular activities that are held in environmental conservation venues. Since 2014, in Rio de Janeiro City, this charge is regulated by SMAC Resolution n\u00ba 565: <a style=\"font-weight: 400;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.legisweb.com.br\/legislacao\/?id=272790\">here<\/a> (in portuguese).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c6cc604 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"c6cc604\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Permits<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e194f04 hide-link elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e194f04\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The film permitting process is 100% digital. Producers can access Rio Mais F\u00e1cil Autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o de Filmagens System, where one can require and get film permits for filming in public areas. But be aware: requests must be submitted by the local producer\/fixer, regarding at least 7 work days prior to the shooting day.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e1f8412 text-hide elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"e1f8412\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Uso das vias e tr\u00e2nsito<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-054596c text-hide elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"054596c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Em caso de reserva de vagas, fechamento de via ou intermit\u00eancia de tr\u00e2nsito, o solicitante \u00e9 respons\u00e1vel pela contrata\u00e7\u00e3o de pessoal apto, de empresa cadastrada pela Prefeitura, atrav\u00e9s da CETRio, para viabilizar o monitoramento, bloqueio e desvio do tr\u00e2nsito do entorno.
